This web site has been designed to conform to accessibiliy criteria of the World Wide Web Consortium AA. It has been tested with current browsers including Internet Explorer 6, Firefox 1.0, Netscape 7, Opera 6 and Mozilla 1.4 on a variety of operating systems and monitors.
Older versions of browsers (Netscape 4 for instance) will not display the site correctly, although you should be able to navigate the site and use the main functions of checking your card and using the catalogue. It is recommended you update older browsers to current versions. The Library has subscriptions to PC magazines which have discs containing installation files for current browsers, and which you can borrow. Or you can download current versions from the vendor websites. They are generally free to download and use.
