WHO WE AREThe Oakleigh & District Historical Society is an active group dedicated to fostering an interest in the heritage of the district of Oakleigh, Victoria, Australia. The Society pursues the recording, preservation and publication of the history of Oakleigh and surrounds.WHAT WE OFFERServices include the provision of information on local history, Oakleigh General Cemetery,and some family history. A fee for research may be charged. Rates will be advised at time of application. The Society's Collection may be viewed by appointment, during normal opening hours of the Monash Federation Centre (10.00 am to 5.00 pm Tuesdays & Thursdays). PUBLICATIONS
