Big Summer Read

Big Summer Read

Your children, grandchildren and students have worked hard this year to develop their reading skills, and no doubt you have worked hard to support them. Don’t let their reading skills slide over the summer holidays – keep up the great work and ensure they return to learning in 2023 in good form!

The Big Summer Read helps families to stay motivated by offering fun ways to record their children’s reading, and a prize draw. It’s open to all children aged 0-18 and opens on Thursday 1 December. Children must read and record a minimum of ten titles to enter the prize draw.

You can register at any branch of Monash Public Library Service and collect a printed reading log from Thursday 1 December. Alternatively, you can register online and record your reading using Beanstack*.

Ensure all your reading is recorded online or returned to the library in print by Monday 31 January.
