Seniors Using Internet

Technology classes and workshops are held regularly throughout the year. You can stay informed about upcoming programs by subscribing to our eNewsletter, following us on Facebook, or by visiting our website or any of our library branches. Our sessions are fun and free.

One on one classes can also be arranged to enable you to learn about topics such as the internet, email, eBooks. Ask at your local library about arranging a session.

Using the Internet Safely: Safer Internet Day

Safer Internet Day (SID) is an annual, worldwide event will be held on Tuesday 5 February 2019. Join us for a presentation at Clayton Library on how you can be safe online. For more information and booking.

 

BeConnected

An 8 week course for seniors at Oakleigh Library. From Tuesdays 12 February - 26 March. Topics include using the internet safely, shop and bank online, share photos and friends plus more.

Tech Bar

Tech Bar is a casual drop-in session where you can seek help to troubleshoot technology. Our
friendly staff can assist you with your questions about a range of topics.

Topics include:
• computers
• smartphones and tablets
• email
• social media
• eLibrary resources .

Held during school terms only at Mount Waverley and Glen Waverley Libraries.
