Rainbow Storytime for children

Rainbow Storytime celebrates diverse families, identity and embracing who you are. We’ll share our favourite rainbow books, sing songs and have a fabulous time to celebrate IDAHOBIT Day. Bookings essential. Bookings.

National Simultaneous Storytime
Wednesday 19 May at 10.30am at all library branches.
A Trilingual Storytime will be held at Clayton Library. Bookings open 2 days before the event.

Every year a picture book, written and illustrated by an Australian author and illustrator, is read simultaneously in libraries, schools, pre-schools, childcare centres, family homes, bookshops and many other places around the country.
For 1-5 year olds. Designed to foster a love of reading and books. Storytimes are held regularly. Check below for branch program times. Sessions run for 45 minutes and are free! Bedtime Storytime now at Clayton and Oakleigh Libraries.
Bookings are required and numbers may be limited. Adults AND children must have a booking (except children under 12 months).
