Following the Premier’s recent amendments to Stage 4 restrictions, Monash Public Library Service will reopen return chutes and commence a contactless Click and Collect service from all branches except Mulgrave, from Monday 14 September.
The week beginning Monday 14 September will allow our customers who have undelivered reservations left over from July to collect their items by appointment.
On Wednesday 16 September, reservations will be turned on and customers will be able to request up to 10 new items via our library catalogue for collection by appointment on or after Monday 21 September.
Returning items and collecting reservations from the library can be done in conjunction with other permitted activities such as shopping, giving care and exercise. We remind our customers to arrange reservation collection from a branch within their 5km radius.
The good news for our local community is that if you live in Monash, you live within 5 km of one of our libraries.
All our digital collections remain available and we will continue to deliver programs online via YouTube, live ZOOM events and social media. You can continue to contact us via phone, email and social media.
