Our emotional state directly effects our well-being. Every emotion begins with a thought so if we can change our thoughts, we can change our emotions! 

Mindfulness Facilitator and Transformational Life Coach, Sheela Gunjur, will help us to discover:

  • How to be mindful of the tricks our mind plays 
  • What thoughts are and how they lead to feelings and emotions 
  • How we sabotage ourselves through our belief systems & 
  • Strategies to help us gain control of our minds and thoughts 

This is a live online Zoom event.


  • Participants will require a reliable wifi connection and a computer or tablet/iPad.
  • To fully participate you should ideally have access to a webcam and microphone on your device but this isn't essential.
  • This workshop will be run on the Zoom video conferencing tool If you are accessing the event from your mobile or tablet you will need to download the Zoom application beforehand via your Google Play or Apple App store.
  • If you are using a laptop you can access ZOOM in your web browser by following the link which will be emailed to you.
