Our online services (payments, permits, applications, service requests) at epathway.monash.vic.gov.au will not be available from 5pm on Friday 19 April to 12pm on Sunday 21 April 2024, due to the system maintenance.
As part of our commitment to being Zero Net Carbon by 2025, Monash Council has also developed its own Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) Policy for all Council buildings and infrastructure.
The policy was endorsed by Council in January 2022 and will be followed for all new buildings and refurbishments.

The development of the ESD Policy is a key action from Council’s Zero Net Carbon Action Plan, which was endorsed in August 2020. It seeks to improve the sustainability, environmental performance and climate resilience when constructing or upgrading Council-owned and managed buildings and infrastructure
