Leasing and Licensing Policy

The purpose of a leasing and licensing policy is to ensure that Monash has a consistent, equitable and transparent approach before entering into a formal agreement with community groups and other organisations to occupy Council facilities and provide a service to the community.

The Policy was adopted at the August 2017 Council meeting.

Register of Property Leases

The Register of Leases entered into by Council as Lessor, is updated regularly to reflect the continuous changes to the management of Council owned or managed land and buildings.
