Chloe Codling

Chloe is a strong and proud advocate and member of the LGBTIQA+ community.

She is one of the first active members of Victoria Police to transition on the job and has led the way with being a voice within her community, including helping to rewrite the procedure someone must go through when transitioning within the organisation and increasing the number of LGBTIQ liaison officers at her station.

While the years following her transition have not always been smooth sailing, she has continued to fight for the rights of LGBTIQA+ members people; and has been integral in organising attendance at events such as the annual Pride March as well as the Daylesford ChillOut Pride festival.
