The Monash Sleep and Settling Day Stay Program has returned to face to face support from Monday 21 June 2021.

Telehealth and telephone appointments are available to families who are unable to attend the centre.

How to be part of the Monash Sleep and Settling Program

If you have concerns around your infant/child’s sleep, talk with your Maternal & Child Health Nurse at your next appointment.

The nurse will book you into one of the Sleep and Settling Talks specific to your infant/child’s age.  Attendance at one of the Sleep and settling talks is required prior to attendance at the Monash Sleep and Settling Day stay.

Monash Sleep and Settling Day Stay Program

The MCH nurse will arrange a referral to the Monash Sleep and Settling Day stay service where required.

Only parents who attend the Monash Council Maternal & Child Health service are eligible for this program.

Bookings/cancellations

Bookings are essential as numbers are strictly limited for each session.

Parents are required to give 24 hours notice of cancellation so we can offer parents on our waiting list a place.
If unable to attend, please call 9518 3662.
