Our online services (payments, permits, applications, service requests) at epathway.monash.vic.gov.au will not be available from 5pm on Friday 19 April to 12pm on Sunday 21 April 2024, due to the system maintenance.
A service to help people who may not speak English or prefer to converse in another language is available through our Language Aide program.
The program extends our customer service delivery to residents, business owners and visitors to Monash. A number of Monash staff have undergone accreditation training and can provide translator help in person at the Monash Civic Centre (293 Springvale Road Glen Waverley) or by phone.
The Language Aide program can provide interpreters in several languages including Hindi, Punjabi, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Staff can help to complete a simple form, provide instructions or interpret simple information.
