Council is committed to keeping our community safe with the implementation of COVIDSafe policies that meet the directions set by the State Government.

From 11.59pm on Thursday 23 December 2021, visitors over the age of eight (8) will be required to wear masks inside Council facilities.

When you visit our facilities, you will need to check in and all visitors aged 18 and over are required to provide proof of their COVID-19 vaccination or exception to gain entry.

Proof of vaccination status can be shown using the Service Victoria app, Medicare app, equivalent smartphone wallet or printed authorised certificate OR an authorised Medical Exception notice from the Australian Immunisation Register can be shown (either on your smartphone or printed).

If you don’t have a mobile phone, you must provide a printed copy of the original COVID Vaccination Certificate and sign-in to our register document.

Visitors under 18 are not required to provide proof of vaccination to enter our facilities.

If you have an authorised medical exception, you can enter our facilities, however we must cite proof.

To assist you, we have a concierge at the entry of our facilities to ensure the safety of all visitors.

We ask that you are kind and patient with our staff and each other as we work together to keep our community safe.
