Electra Reserve offers families a great space to relax. The reserve has a walking track for families, playspace, fitness equipment, and an off-leash area for dogs.
Dogs must still be under effective control in dog off-leash areas (see green area in map below). Dogs are not permitted on the croquet areas when organised sport events and training are in progress. More information at Dog Off-Leash Areas.
The reserve's playground was upgraded in 2020 and has swings, rope play and climbing equipment, balancing beams, slide and toddler swing for younger children, and nature play.
There is also a fitness bike, bike racks, a drinking fountain and concrete basketball hardstand.
The reserve plays host to the Doberman and Dog Obedience Club and is also home to one of Monash's first multi-use community centres developed to provide a home to a variety of sport and recreational clubs. The Electra Community Centre houses the Ceres Calisthenics Club, Monash Croquet Club and Waverley Bridge Club.
The centre and reserve car park are accessible from Electra Avenue.
Some reserves are available for hire. For more information, please see Reserves for hire.
