Holmesglen / Jingella Reserve

Holmesglen/Jingella Reserve is situated along the Gardiners Creek Trail, and near the Scotchmans Creek Trail and Waverley Rail Trail, making it an ideal reserve to go for a run or scenic bike ride.

The reserve features a water treatment wetland with a viewing platform, plus a sheltered BBQ, picnic tables, and drinking fountain.

There is also an accessible playspace on Power Avenue, with a sandpit, flying fox, swings, slide and other equipment.

There is an outdoor fitness hub with exercise equipment for improving cardio and strength.

Reserve sporting facilities include 2 rugby pitches, a cricket oval, cricket nets and sports lighting.

Holmesglen/Jingella Reserve is part of the Ashwood/Jingella/Holmesglen Reserve dog off-leash area. As of 1 July 2023, dogs are prohibited on Ashwood Reserve's synthetic hockey pitch and Holmesglen Reserve's A grade turf pitch (see map below).

Dogs must be on-leash 10m either side of major shared trails, and must be under effective control in off-leash areas.
