Monash Council requires all tenant sporting clubs to provide current documents and club information, which can be updated at any time using Reserves Manager - Integrated Monitoring Systems.

Licensed Tenant Information

The City of Monash requires all seasonal tenant sporting clubs wishing to utilise active recreation and joint-use school facilities within the municipality, to apply to Council prior to the start of each season.

All tenant sporting clubs must submit their application via Council’s Reserves Manager - Integrated Monitoring Systems (IMS):

Tenant clubs should ensure their club profile on IMS is up-to-date and reflects the correct contact person.

Sports Seasons

  • Winter Season: The winter season is between 1 April and 31 August.
  • Summer Season: The Summer Season is between 1 October and 28 February.
  • Annual Season: The annual season is between 1 January and 31 December.

For building maintenance requests that come under Council’s responsibility, please report any issues via Snap Send Solve or email Recreation at recreation@monash.vic.gov.au and include all relevant photos.
