Congratulations to the writers who made the shortlist for the 2025 Monash WordFest Short Story Competition! The shortlisted stories are currently with our guest judge who will decide who the winners are. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony (invitation only).
Thank you to all the writers who entered a short story into the competition. Unfortunately, if your name is not listed, you have not been short listed this year.
The short listed stories will be published along with the
names of the winners on Friday 3 October, 10am.
