Monash Council’s Community Outreach Officer program supports Monash residents in navigating available services and resources.

The program educates residents on:

  • Various community resources.
  • Offers support during crisis situations.
  • Makes referrals to connect them with the most relevant services and supports.

• Housing services
• Elder abuse services
• Social programs and opportunities to connect with the broader community.
