Tech Help

Tech Help is a weekly casual session where you can seek help to troubleshoot smartphones, tablets and computers.

You can get help with:

  • Setting up new devices.
  • Downloading, installing and using apps.
  • eLibrary resources.
  • Buying a smartphone and choosing a plan.
  • Preparing your devices for overseas travel.
  • Streaming TV.
  • Online security.

The Tech Help Volunteer may be unavailable at short notice so please check with staff at the branch.

Wednesday, 10am - 12pm.

Mount Waverley Library: 
Wednesdays, 2pm - 3.30pm.

Fridays, 2.30pm - 3.30pm.
