Tech Help

Tech Help is a weekly casual session where you can seek help to troubleshoot smartphones, tablets and computers. A library volunteer can assist you with your questions about a range of topics, including:

  • Setting up new devices
  • Downloading, installing and using apps
  • eLibrary resources
  • Buying a smartphone and choosing a plan
  • Preparing your devices for overseas travel
  • On-demand TV
  • Online security

The Tech Help Volunteer may be unavailable at short notice so please check with staff at the branch.

Held during school term and not on public holidays at the following times:

Clayton Library
Wednesday, 10am - 12pm.

Mount Waverley Library
Wednesdays, 2pm - 3.30pm.

Wheelers Hill Library - Phone bookings required, please contact branch on 9265 4877
Fridays, 2.30pm - 3.30pm.
