Monash Writers' Group

The Monash Writers' Group meets on the third Wednesday of each month at the Wheelers Hill Library, from 6-8pm.

Meeting dates for 2026 are:

18 February, 18 March, 15 April, 20 May, 17 June, 15 July, 19 August, 16 September, 21 October, 18 November, 16 December.
Bookings are not required. Pop in whenever you can make it.

What is the purpose of the Monash Writers' Group?

• The library supports local writers.
• Helps them reach their creative goals
• Facilitates and provides peer and professional guidance through discussion, activities and programs.

Attendance:

• Members of the Monash Writers' Group are encouraged to attend meetings whenever suitable. 
• The group continues through the holiday period.

Young Writers' Group is a group for 11-18 year olds meeting regularly at Mount Waverley Library.
