Bring the whole family and join Jane Bunn for a fun-filled author talk about her new picture book, Storm. Jane will share insights about her life, career, and the significant role weather has played in her own journey.
Jane Bunn, a highly credentialed meteorologist with infectious enthusiasm, is Channel 7 Melbourne’s weather forecaster. She appears on the 6pm and 4pm News, special bulletins, and events. In 2019, she was honoured as a Moomba Monarch. Jane regularly hosts Channel 7’s Moomba Parade coverage, the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal, and co-hosts The Great Weekend. In 2023, she released her children’s book, Storm, featuring Young Jane and her dog Stampy, teaching storm safety and science. Jane is also the founder and chief executive officer of Jane’s Weather, aiding Australian farmers with weather-based decisions through their consensus forecast and alerts service.
