To personalise your use of PressReader and save your publications, you will need to sign up for a free account using your library card and password.

How to use PressReader

Laptops and Computers

Go to Press Reader.
Click Sign in and select Library or Group.

Search for Monash Public Library Service
Login using your Library membership number and password

You will be prompted to create an account if this is your first time using PressReader by entering your email address and a password. In subsequent logins, you can login in with your email address and password. Please note: if you change your library card number, you can still login to PressReader with your email address but it won't recognise your new library card number with your existing PressReader account. Please contact us if you need help.

You can browse the Catalog or Search in the top right corner of the screen.

Enter the publication name or subject e.g. knitting
Select the title you wish to read
Click Read now or if you would like to save this publication to your account, click Add to My Publications.

Mobile Devices

Download the PressReader app from Google Play or the App Store
Open the app and tap Sign in
PressReader advise that it is best to create your account (on a computer) and then sign in with your account details on the app. The PressReader app works best with current version of the operating system on your device. Older versions of operating systems may not work with the current app
