On 27 May, City of Monash council moved to approve the proposed civic precinct in Glen Waverley that will include a new library, a range of community event and meeting spaces, and office space.

The project will be a significant investment, with an expected cost of more than $110m to be funded by the acquisition of Council land by the Victorian Government for its Suburban Rail Loop project and the recent sale of Council’s Central Car Park in Glen Waverley.

From 23 June you’ll be able provide feedback on our proposed updated design, as well as how you’d like to use your new community spaces in Glen Waverley.
