A Justice of the Peace is available to certify and witness documents* at Clayton Library and Glen Waverley Library on selected days.
*Enduring Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney and documents for Department of Births, Deaths & Marriages witnessing is only available at Glen Waverley Library.
The Justice of the Peace Service is staffed by volunteers.
Prior to attending, please always check this page for information about absences, changes or additional sessions. Sessions may be cancelled at short notice due to unavailability of the Justice of the Peace or library service restrictions.
