In this demonstration you will see ikebana created and hear insights about ikebana history and principles.

Lara Telford is an ikebana artist and teacher. She holds the highest Degree, Rigi, from Sogetsu School of Ikebana Tokyo, Japan, and is both a member of Sogetsu Teachers Association (STA) Japan and Ikebana International Japan.
