An Additional Council Meeting will be held at 6.30pm, Tuesday 4 July 2023, to transact the following business:
- To consider the following resolution: For the avoidance of doubt, Council resolves that the proposed Glen Waverley Civic Project is proposed to be funded entirely from the stated proposed funding sources and it is proposed that no other sources of funding will be used to fund the project.
- To approve the proposed flyer and consultation material circulated to councillors on 29 June 2023.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting at Monash Civic Centre: 293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley.
