You can register here to pay your rates by direct debit (using your credit card or bank account details).
The online registration uses secure Westpac payment form (available below).
If you have an existing direct debit arrangement, you can use this online facility to update or cancel your arrangement at any time. If you experience problems, please call Council on 9518 3555 (during business hours).
Please note:
- By registering, you are authorising Monash Council to arrange through Westpac for the automatic deduction of rates payments.
- You may only register one account per rates assessment.
- Rates payments will not be deducted immediately. Payments will be processed according to the payment option you have selected.
Registrations close at midnight on the day before a payment due date, and will reopen on the day after the payment due date. Please see: due dates.
