If you have recently moved into an existing property and do not have any bins, or one of your bins is missing, you can contact us for a replacement. In most circumstances, they will be replaced for free.

We aim to replace missing bins within 2 business days of receiving the request, but some delays may occur during peak periods.
If you haven’t received your replacement bin within 5 business days of submitting your request, please call 9518 3555.
