The local government initiatives, Solar Savers and Energy Savers, are providing free advice about products, rebates, and expected savings.

When you register interest with Energy Savers or Solar Savers, you can expect free advice that is Council-backed and tailored to your needs. With the Energy Savers Program, small businesses can upgrade to reverse cycle air-conditioners, replace inefficient hot water systems, retrofit to LED lighting or install energy-efficient refrigerated cabinets, fridges and display cabinets.
The new equipment can save 15-25 per cent on annual running costs and allow owners to focus more on growing their business.
