Council Venues for Hire
City of Monash council offers an excellent range of low-cost, high-quality facilities for hire in and around Monash.
Many of the halls are perfect for groups of all sizes, and accommodates events such as lunches/dinners, private functions, and dancing studios, and multipurpose indoor sports courts.
Smaller rooms are also available, which are suitable for meetings, training sessions and seminars.
The fees vary for each venue, including hire costs. Please see each venues page for venue features and specific costs.
Halls for Hire (select Council-managed Halls)
Please note: Fees are payable at least a month prior to hire date.
Please note that most of our venues require hirers to provide proof of $20 million public liability insurance or purchase occasional public liability insurance from Council.
Council assesses all applications to hire its venues and has the right to refuse an application or place additional conditions (such as security, increased bond for events considered to be high risk).
