In Monash, there are many community-based arts activities that celebrate cultural diversity, encourage artistic expression, and provide opportunities for individuals and groups to enhance their understanding and appreciation of arts.

The Track Gallery

Located in the Mount Waverley Community Centre, The Track Gallery is dedicated to providing exhibition opportunities in a high-quality gallery space to artists and community groups in the City of Monash.

Grants

Local community groups and organisations are invited to submit applications for cash and in-kind funding to support programs, services, projects and events that take place between 1 July and 30 June each year. There are three arts streams including;  

  • Arts & Cultural Projects
  • Community Events 
  • Major Festivals 

There is also quick response grants available to support the adaptation and continuation of local community groups and individual creative efforts to help build community resilience and unity during and after the pandemic.
