Family Fun Day drew a massive crowd, with more than 4700 people in attendance.

Family Fun Day is a FREE community celebration featuring live entertainment, community and kids’ activities, food trucks and roving performers.

Entertainment and rides

Step right up and experience the thrill of RUCCIS circus play activities, get up close and personal with some fascinating Aussie Wildlife and explore a diverse range of community and Council stalls.

Prepare for non-stop excitement with thrilling rides including the Chairoplane, the Ocean Adventure Inflatable Slide, giant games including Jenga, Connect 4, and a mini golf course.

Monash Toy library have also loaned us toys for our younger guests to play with.

Roving performers Fredrico Boogie and MR Fuzziee will keep the crowds entertained.

Performances

Dreaming Space will be setting up their fabulous stretch tent which will feature a wonderful array of performances throughout the day.

Enjoy performances from Happy Harmonious Singing Group, Drumming Circle Workshop, The Parkhill Primary School Choir, Seniors Pipe Band, Magic Show, Aurora Calisthenics, a Wildlife Display and Talk and Szara Fox & The Midnight Secrets – Gypsy Band.

Food stalls

Don’t forget to satisfy your taste buds with an array of food options including a community BBQ, twisted potatoes, corn on the cob, coffee, ice cream, and flavours of Japan.

Green My Plate will be helping us reduce waste at this year’s festival by eliminating single-use food packaging – make sure you keep your eyes peeled for our bin fairies!

Community and Council stalls

We have a host of community and Council services there on the day. Talk to our Early Learning Centre, Waverley Woodworkers – build something to take home - CS Education Oakleigh, All Ears Hearing and come see the special display from State Emergency Services (SES).

Our Community Strengthening, Monash Youth Services, Monash Public Library Service, Community Laws (working with RSPCA to bring you more knowledge about looking after your pets in Monash), Active Monash (with a fun obstacle course for the kids to try) and Sustainable Monash teams will all be there!
