Your building project may require planning, building and asset protection permits, as well as compliance with building, health and safety regulations. If you know your project involves road access, hoarding, or access through council reserves, you may also require a permit for works.

Apply for a Building Permit

In Victoria, you can choose to use either a Private Building Surveyor or Council's service to obtain a Building Permit.

Swimming Pool and Spa Registration/Compliance
