Join us for a FREE film screening of Equal the Contest, followed by a panel discussion with film director Mitch Nivalis (they/them), Fiona Newton (she/her), Nadia Bevan (she/her) and Evangeline Clough Good (she/her).

Through the lives of a regional Victorian footy club, this inspiring documentary explores the barriers that still exist for women and gender diverse people in sport.

About the film

Meet the Mount Alexander Falcons Football Club, a community AFL club in regional Victoria created in 2021 by - and for - women and gender diverse people.

This inspiring documentary explores the team members' personal stories, and the barriers that still exist for women and gender diverse people in sport.

Parking is available to the rear of Clayton Community Centre. Enter via Cooke Street. 3hr parking restrictions until 6pm (except where signed).
