The City of Monash Rapid Antigen Test Distribution Program has finished on 31 December 2023.

If you display symptoms of COVID-19, the Rapid Antigen Tests are available to purchase from local pharmacies and some supermarkets. PCR test can be obtained by referral from a local General Practitioner.

Rapid Antigen Test Distribution Program

The City of Monash was part of the Victorian Government’s Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) Program, with free RATs available to all community members to collect from:

  • Civic Centre: 293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley
  • Oakleigh Service Centre: 3 Atherton Road, Oakleigh
  • City of Monash Libraries

Who could get free RATs?

The free RATs were available to all community members, Medicare card not required.
