Monash Council is seeking to appoint an independent member to Council’s Audit and Risk Committee.
The Audit and Risk Committee is an independent advisory committee of Council consisting of 5 members (including 2 Councillors) and 3 independent members (including the Chairperson). Under Council’s Audit and Risk Committee Charter, independent members are appointed for fixed 3-year terms.
