  • The construction of a new multi-deck car park for 309 car spaces, and modifications to existing parking layouts with an overall increase in the number of parking spaces from 491 spaces to 681 spaces.
  • An extension to Police Road west from Blanton Drive to facilitate primary vehicle access to the site from Police Road.
  • Retaining the 2 existing access points on Blanton Drive, with the southern access modified to allow for exit movements only. The northern access is to be used by ambulances and doctors.
  • Expanding the emergency department parking area to provide 2 overflow ambulance bays west of the emergency department.
