1 hour class: stretches, breathing and relaxation techniques, and working with your posture.

Do you feel anxious, stressed, have trouble sleeping? Are any aches and pains troubling you? Are you looking to recharge your batteries, improve your posture, flexibility, strength and balance?

Come join us for Hatha Yoga on Wednesdays at 9:15am or 10.30amVariations of postures are provided to cater for all levels and for injuries.

All classes incorporate postures (asana) to foster flexibility, strength and balance, breathing techniques (pranayama) and a guided relaxation/meditation to enable students of all levels to reconnect to their inner Self and to reap the many physical and mental benefits of Yoga, leaving class relaxed and rejuvenated.
