Exercise lovers will enjoy Fitness by the Freeway, in Freeway Reserve. Choose either a walk along the circular path or visit the instruction board at Kernot Road entry for details on the 10-station fitness circuit. The circuit should be completed in an anti-clockwise direction to make the most of the equipment's fitness benefits.

  • Vertical Ladder

Walk: Easy - Suitable for all ages and fitness levels; walking tracks are generally flat on sealed or well-established paths

Circuit:  Medium - Suitable for people with an average fitness; there may be some steep hills, unmade and sometimes muddy tracks

Disability Access:  Medium - Some uneven and unmade surfaces, medium - steep hills, several road crossings

Public Transport:  Bus along Wellington Road

Distance: 1km

Time: About 25 minutes for the trail walk, and an extra 40 to 60 minutes for the fitness circuit

Dogs: Freeway Reserve has an off-leash area
