Phoebe is a volunteer with Cleftpals Victoria, an organisation that supports and educations families, children and health professionals on cleft lip and palates.

Phoebe became involved in the organisation after her son was born with a cleft and she has shared her experience of the difficulties and procedures new parents face with many families to provide them with support and information.

Over her eight years as a volunteer, Phoebe has served as vice president, social media moderator, event organiser and website moderator.

She is passionate about providing parents with the support they need and has developed and presented educational seminars to hospitals across Victoria to educate nurses on behalf of the Nursing Federation of Victoria.
